COP31 Mobile Terms of Service

1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or utilizing the COP31 Mobile application on your mobile device, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2 Permitted Use & Operator Responsibilities

• Authorized Operations: COP31 Mobile is provided exclusively for authorized service desk engineers, field technicians, and operations personnel to triage incidents, manage assets, and process operational approvals.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring that mobile devices with active sessions adhere to your organization's device passcode and encryption policies.
• Field Data Integrity: Field notes, status transitions, and photo attachments uploaded via the app must accurately reflect real operational conditions.

3 Intellectual Property & Licensing

All software, trademarks, logos, and architectural designs incorporated within COP31 Mobile and the COP31 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of INOSAS and its licensors. Unauthorized reverse engineering or modification is prohibited.

4 Service Availability & Modifications

INOSAS strives to maintain 24/7 platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operational uptime during emergency maintenance windows or network telecommunication outages beyond reasonable control.

5 Termination & Account Closure

Access may be suspended upon employee offboarding or violation of organizational security standards. Operators may terminate their account at any time using the self-service Account Deletion workflow.
